“ Leider kann ich nur 5 Sterne vergeben. Verdient hättet ihr mindestens das doppelte! Man wird sehr herzlich empfangen und in eine andere Zeit zurück versetzt. Gemütlich. Urig. Wir hatten ein Hawaiischnitzel und ein Holst. Schnitzel mit Paprika. Mega lecker kann ich euch sagen. Als Vorspeise gibt es einen riesen großen leckeren Salat. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und empfehlen es ganz klar weiter. Bringt Zeit mit und genießt eine tolle Zeit dort. Parkplätze gibt es rund herum genug. ”

“ Leute, die Kneipe "Zum Bahndamm" ist eine Kneipe. Ein Bier-Lokal mit Würfeltisch. Das ist kein Restaurant. Das ist eine Kneipe mit Speisenangeboten, die das Trinken erleichtern sollen. Ja, ich weiß, Schnitzel-Oma diesdas. Und super lecker ist's auch. Stimmt. Sehr sogar. Beste Empfehlung für Schnitzel in Gießen. Alles richtig. Aber das Essen wird just-in-time gemacht. Nix Vorbereitung. Alles auf Zuruf. Das dauert seine Zeit. Wie zH. Nur eben für mehr Gäste. Tipp1: Nicht hungrig hingehen! Ja, der Vorspeisensalat soll die ersten unterzuckerten Kollateralschäden abmildern, kommt aber erst sehr spät an den Tisch wg. genannter Gründe. Mit nochmal Abstand dann die Bestellung. Tipp2: Nehmt euch was zum Spielen mit. Würfel, Karten etc. Ein Ort, an dem die Zeit ein bisschen stehen geblieben ist. Wunderbar. Auch ohne Tabakqualm. Den gibt's im Raucherzimmer. ”
